Commands
/msg
Sends and replies to private messages.
Usage
/msg <player> <message>
/r <message>
/msgtoggle [on|off]/r always replies to the most recent incoming message.
/msgtoggle blocks incoming private messages, including replies and messages stored for you while offline. Without an argument it switches, on and off set it directly. The setting survives a restart. Staff holding muteessentials.msgtoggle.bypass reach a player anyway.
Offline messages
If you /msg a player who is offline (and has joined the server before), the message is stored and delivered the next time they log in. Toggle with Msg.OfflineMessages in the config.
